My 98 jetta hesitates with the a/c running, it seems to get worse after idling a short time. It also seems proportional the the outside air temp, The hotter it gets the crappier it runs. after running on the the highway it will smooth out and run fine until i get to the next stoplight. i have a CEL with codes P0102 and P0171 thank you.
