1995 Jetta GL III?

1995 Jetta GL III?

I changed my spark plugs and my ignition wires and I do not remember in which order they go into the distributor? Please help. Car is running really rough.

I would just pick up some sort of manual. Usually the wires are different sizes. The smallest one being closest to the dist. The two furthest away might be the same size so start there and switch the wires around.

although the "length" theroy is true its finding out in what spot they go to on the distributer (i did it on my 96 gti) pick up a haynes or chilton manual and its in there

Yeah i didn't read that correctly. take it to an authorized dealer if you don't want to buy a manual. Although i suggest you get a manual.

oh yeah i messed it up the first time to ha ha ha and it wasa catastrophe, that and when i took it to a shop i felt really dumb, thats when i decided to buy a manual
