Default '14 GLI Autobahn 18" wheels

Greetings Gentlemen,

Wanting to rotate my tires and came across what looked like a Torex fitting for what look to be lug nut covers. None of my Torex's fit. Can someone tell me how they come off and if there is a special tool to remove them?
Many thanks,
Will

Torex is just a name for hexagonal products. All wheel nut/bolts are normal hexagonal which the lug wrench should fit.

Default Well DUUUUUUHHHHHH!!!

Opened the trunk, went into the spare tire section and found the little steel spring and low and behold, it takes off the lug nut covers. Somewhere I might have said that I was a psychologist, but I never said I was smart.

I'm with you now, yes they use a wire hook to pull the plastic wheel bolt covers of, its common to loads of VW's.

Extractor hook - 6X0 012 243 - £0.60.
