Default 1.9 tdi 100pd issue

Hi guys, a friend and I are having an issue with a 100pd vw engine. We are looking to run the engine without any electrical wiring. Is this at all possible or is there anyway to reduce the amount of parts that would require electrical components. Thanks in advance.

Engine swapping isn't an easy job, the engine may physically fit but the other components need to be coded with VAG-COM/VCDS as they aren't plug and play.
