Default 1.8t overheating help

When the car is driving the temp gauge shows at 90 and then when i stop for a bit the heat temp starts to raise, I looked inside the engine and the blower fan is not turning on, so then i also tryed turning on the a/c to see if the a/c fan will turn on and it wont either, any idea what could be causing this to happen, can some relay be gone because both fans are not turning on?,
thanks in advance

A lot of time the fan controller goes bad, or it might just be the fan motors that have gone bad. either way if you find out that is the problem you should have both replaced. Last time I checked it was not too expensive for new fans and fan controller.
