Default 06 Jetta 2.5L maintenance

Got my2006 Jetta 2.5L with 19K miles about a month ago, want to do most of the maintenance myself but need some help.

I'll do myself

- oil and oil filter (castrol 10-40 full synthetic)- change every5K miles
- air filter - ???
- pollen filter - ???
- antifreeze - ???
- brake pads - Checking every 10k when rotating tires
- fuel filter - ???
- spark plugs change - ???
- spark plug cables - ???

1. How often do I change the air and inside pollen filters?
2.Does the antifreeze need replacing at some point?
3. Do I need to change thefuel filter, if so how often? spark plugs and cables?

For these I'll take it to the dealer unless someone tells otherwise.

- brake fluid - change every 2 years (dealer)
- trans fluid - change every 40K miles (dealer)
- timing belt adjust/replace ???(dealer)

4. Is there anyway I can do a trans fluid drain and replacement or does the dealer need to do it? what I've read so far is that the trans doesn't have a drain plug and some special device is used to drain the trans fluid. Any info would help, dealer said that trans fluid replacement is $450 [:-]....
5. At 60k miles I should have dealer check timing belt?

Am I missing anything that you guys do?
