removing 1z injectors

is there a easy way of removing the diesel injectors from a 1z 1.9 tdi engine. cylinder 1 & 2 came out easy but 3 won't move and 4 turns but won't come out.

very useful I must say, what do I do hit the injectors with the nike?

Lol! Nike might help. what did u used to pull the other 2 injectors??

Done it now, I borrowed a slide hammer from work. The injectors are the same size as a volvo lorry
