I have recently noticed that my drivers window has been very sluggish to open and the motor sounds as if it's labouring(only for the first 100mm after this then the motor picks up speed and sounds as good as new as the window opens at the correct speed). When closing the same happens but in reverse (it goes up no problems then struggles to close on the last 100mm). It seems to be even worse when the car has been left in the sun and is generally hot inside(Ok so there wasn't much this year!) - Is this a symptom of a worn out motor or do i need to take the door to bits and grease something?
