Hello ppl, Brought a golf tdi on aR reg sounds lovely when you start it up after a while it sounds really loud inside the car, It sounds like the exhaust is blowing from under the drivers footwell but it aint. The bottom end is all ok, The temperture gauge stays at 90 all the time and the car doesn't smoke when you drive it or when you first start it and it don't lose no power at all. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Sounds like it works as advertised.....I don't see a problem with anything you described, just sounds like when the car warms up the exhaust gets louder...so what's wrong with that??

 

Is it an exaust leak sound or a vibration? If it's an exaust leak check the cat. also what does "R reg" mean?
