i just got a 2006 golf gti 1.8t and my friend says theres a way to up the boost by using a T connecter on the rubber hosing..i was wondering which hose i need to splice in to? i know the hose runs from something into the ecu or turbo..anyone that knows i need help!

 

one way to increase the boost is to get a manual boost controller, and the "t" goes in the vacuum hose that runs from the turbo housing on the compressor side to the waste gate actuator. does your car have a boost gauge?
