hey guys i bought a 2003 golf gl about 2 years ago for my first car (im 17) and this summer i wanna spice it up a bit and add a different set of rims to it. right now its just got the stock hubs on it. and i was wondering what are some cheap websites for rims, or if anybody could link me to a set of rims. and how big could i go?

its got 15" on it now. and i was wondering could i go like a size up to 16's? a friend of mine said i could even put 17's on it and it would look a little better. but i dont know how much room i have... im a novice haha so any help would be appreciated.
