Hello all,

I have a 2004 VW Golf TDI. Yesterday it was working normal and this morning I went to work and noticed that the brakes were super hard to depress.

I accidentally forgot to take it out of gear when I started my car this morning to let it warm up (25°F here) and it lurched and stalled. Is there a chance that this cracked one of the vacuum lines? Looking for how stalling the car like that could have damaged the brake system.
