Hi, im getting error codes;

Sometimes when i start the car when its cold the car idles just above x1000revs, this returns to normal when the car has warmed up a bit. Also sometimes my traction control light will come on and i wont be able to turn it off, unless i turn the engine on and off, i dont have to remove the keys from the ignition when i do this though.

The cars on 125k miles, so its getting a bit old now, any help will be muchly appreciated, however i feel that some of these fixes may not be worth it for the value of the car.
