Error codes P1128 and PO411 01 NB

01 NB with 43,000 miles. Keep getting error codes. It started with PO411, "Secondary air system incorrect flow" After resetting and taking the car on a 4 hour drive it seemed OK. Now the code is back with additional code P1128 "Manufacturer controlled fuel and air mixture". These both have to be associated. When this happened to our 99 NB it was the MAF sensor but not 2 error codes. That was an easy fix and per the dealer very common. Anyone had any experience with this issue?

EOBD II Error Code: P0411

Fault Location:
Secondary air injection (AIR) system - incorrect flow detected

Possible Cause:
Secondary air injection (AIR) pump.
Secondary air injection (AIR) valve.
Secondary air injection (AIR) hose(s).

VAG Error Code: 17536
EOBD II Error Code: P1128

Fault Location:

Long term fuel trim, entire speed/load range, bank 1 - system too lean

Possible Cause:

Malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) Triggered on second occurrence.
Fuel pressure/pump.
Injector(s).
Intake/exhaust leak.
Secondary air injection (AIR) system.
Hose leak.
