Do I need to know any tips when replacing the outer rear lens to my 2006 golf plus. It was very straight forward on my old citroen ZX. The unit I bought is complete with all the internal bulb holders etc. Is it best to replace the whole unit or just the rear light (lens ). Many thanks for any replies.

 

Just to say that I have fitted the light without any problem. Didn't realise the unit was sealed and contained leds .

 

Most taillights come as one unit. But, thats good you got it fixed.
