Default DSG issue

Hi guys im new here =)

anyways today after passing a speed camera i decided to floor it (with kick down) at the same
exact time shifting from D to S, on the mfd it was on gear S although the car didn't move or re act to the WOT, as if i
removed my foot on accelerator and it kept downshifting due to me getting scared and removing my foot, i pushed the gear to neutral and stopped on the side of the road, pushed the gear back to d and it was engaged with no problem and the car moved, back to S and the gear is fine and the car is moving again.
do i need to worry about this issue ? or it was me who forced the gear to go into neutral by wot while shifting from d to s?

You may want to just keep an eye on it. Periodically test it out. It sounds like the gears were already engaged, then with all the additional torque they went to a limp mode to protect the transmission from exploding.
