When I push on the brake pedal the right turn signal lights up (constant, not flashing) on the console. Likewise, when its on and i push the brake pedal, the turn signal turns off. Is this a ground problem or bad switch?
Any help would be appreciated.

 

Could be the ground wire or the switch or could be both. try fixing the ground wire and then see how it goes. if that doesnt work you will need to get a new switch.
