alrighty. im new. WDUP! im building a 91 GTI and plan to rally it. its only an 8v(right now). going to have many of questions to go with it and i will try to stay up to date with pics and progress. this thing is bone stock at the moment, interior is gutted, got some bad floor boards that have to go, need a front bumper cover/grill at some point, it runs, bilsteins HD and vr6 sturt mounts in all 4 corners so far. ive been slowly prepping and repairing small stuff.

first question: its got rear drums i want to got to rear discs. can i just purchase the 16v or GLI rear hub axles, will they mount to the current rear trailing arm or do i have to replace the whole trailing arm?
