i have a 2000 golf, recently an issue with it and at random ill be driving and the headlights die, the bright indicator light turns on, the flasher indicator lights up but doesn't flash and the wind shield wipers turn on also. im not quiet sure where to start with this so any help would be great thanks.

 

I have a 2002 jetta TDI and recently have been having similar issues. When I go to turn it on the brights indicator along with the hazards indicator light up and go dim, simultaneously. Also the windshield wipers turn on but very very slowly and I have no control over them. sound abt the same? And did you ever figure out the problem?

 

Dude, I am suer that the main issue is not with your lights but definitely with connectors or basically with connection system, so you need to check it
