I am new to VW and diesel ownership. I have 93k on this 2012 2.0 tdi 6sp manual, there are no lights on. I am experiencing a hesitation/jerky power with the throttle just barely open. It clears up with the throttle open wider. Any ideas where to start?

You need to get your motor scanned (preferably with VAG-COM\VCDS) for any error codes logged in the ecu and post them, that will save a lot of guessing and check systems out.
