i have a '96 cabrio-2.0 ltr., a/c, 5 spd., cruise,etc. don't think it has that 'plus' suspension. there is about a 1 inch space between the strut top mounting plate and the tower on the body. when you jack up the body and take the BODY weight off the suspension, this 1 inch space disappears. is this supposed to be there? it allow the body to 'bounce' away from the suspension when encountering rough roads. don't think this is right-anyone know how i should proceed...thankyou.
