Default 81 Cabriolet. Good buy or no?

Hey guys. Im new to the Vw scene and I was looking for a good car to restore over the winter. i ran into this old cabriolet and i was wondering if it was even worth restoring or even spending money on.

What should I be expecting with this. I was told the motor has 60-80k original miles.

Thank you
