1992 Volkswagen Cabriolet odometer: 165000 automatic transmission title : clean

Here I have a solid 1992 Volkswagen Cabriolet, Wolfsburf Edition. New glass window top, new battery, new tires, all leather interior, post factory sterio with aux cord capabilities. A/C works. automatic transmission. the motor does not run, not sure of the exact problem. Could be a small fix. I also have extra little parts plus an extra matching wheel for it. The car is estimated at $4500 with motor running so I'm asking less than half considering what I put into it and what I paid for it. I'm asking $1900, or best offer.
