Default temperature display

Does anyone know how to change the temperature display from celsius to fahrenheit? I have an '05 Beetle convertible, lost power once and when I got it started the temperature readout was in celsius. Can't find a control button anywhere.

Thanks.

For temperature from celsius to fahrenheit (or back):
Put the key in ignition and turn the car on (but don't start the car). Hold both the Hour and Minute buttons for at least 3 seconds.
