1970 Bug. All the "body bodys" are all removed. How do you seperate the body from the chassis ????

You might want to consider looking into the 'bug me' videos.. very informative.
Once all the bolts are removed its as simple a lifting it off. You might need to pry in certain areas as there is a sealant there. Also there are a few bolts in places you might not think.

 

We got the body off. Yes the were a many areas that had a sealent in between the body and the floor pan. We had to use a flat chisel of sorts to pry / scrape away to free the body - so it could be lifted off.
