My 99 New Beetle keeps shutting off when I start it and while I'm driving it under 45 mph. All the lights stay on, but the RPMs completely drop. It never gives me problems on the highway, which makes no sense. I was thinking maybe it's the fuel injectors, but that's really expensive so I thought maybe someone else may have had the same problems or similar problems and could possibly help me out. Thanks!!!
