Hi, i've had my 2022 new T-Cross for about a week now and yesterday when coming out of the shopping center the front bumper scraped against the floor to get out. I'm new to Volkswagens, is this common, I've been told I need to exit the ramps on an angle to avoid this but surely this can't be normal for an VW SUV? Any insight would be great?
