I have to be careful when I park because if I drive the front part of my Jetta "over" the parking bumper (so that the wheels hit it), the front bumper (right-side fender liner) becomes lodged on top of it, and then when I reverse and back out of the parking spot, that front bumper is actually pulled a bit because of the parking bumper. (Makes a horrible noise too!)

It's become so bad that it's now loose...I can hold that right-side and jiggle it. I have duct-tape on it for now. It's been fixed before at the VW dealer, but it became loose again when basically the driver went "over" a parking bumper again!

I've looked at other Jettas to compare, and they don't seem to have the same problem. Is it just my car? Does it need a new front bumper fender liner? Would a body shop be able to take care of this?

Anyone else have a similar problem? I hope I explained it correctly...
