Bora headlight problem!!!

Unhappy Bora headlight problem!!!
Hi all. New to the forum. I have a problem with my headlights on my Bora 1.9 TDI. I came out of work late on tues night (3/03/09) and the position of my lights on the road had gone to the lowest position, so i was driving blind for most of my journey home. Before i spend a fortune on taking it to a garage, could someone tell me what i can do myself first.

Sorry, but I dont get what your saying. If its move my setting inside the car, I cant. Thats the problem. Thanks for replying anyway.
