New Owner
We purchased 2 New Vw's (2012 Jetta SE & 2012 Passat SE+Nav/Sunroof)
Sadly our first problem was a very poor PDI @ MercedVolkswagen.. after that it went downhill fast for the Passat..Their workmanship was POOR as was the so called Quality Control..Finally I had to take the vehicle another VW dealer.
CentralValleyVolkswagen/Modesto.. Excellent customer service & workmanship..They needed the vehicle for a full week just to rectify & bring it up to VW specifications..
MercedVolkswagen continue to be Arrogant & "Head in the Sand""
Having purchased 7 new vehicles from Merced Hyundai in 5years (the same company as MercedVolkswagen/Kia) I was appalled at the so called service they offered. Never again will I buy from this dealership........
