Hi,
I’m a new member in this forum, i am originally from Switzerland but moved to the states 5 years ago.
my VW story started with an 2.0 Golf Oettinger ( i am not sure if you had this model here in the states) at that time it was a crazy fast car, i then switched to a G60 Fire& Ice then a VR6 and so on. i have been driving Volkswagens all my life.
now i own a 1998 Passat 1.8T wagon..... well i have to say it is driving me crazy. i never had as many problems as with this car. i still love them but I wish things would be as easy to fix as they were in 1980.
