I'm new to the forum. I have a 2013 Passat TDI that I can't shut off the engine. This happen to 2 occasions. Has any one had this problem

If so how did you get it fixed? The first time the car had 20,000 miles the second time it has 30,000 miles. I'm not a happy
owner. VW has not reimbursed me for the first incident taxi fee. I'm very disappointed in this car.

Welcome to the forum. 
It should be under warranty unless you've done more than 60k. Keep taking it back or contact VW customer services.
