Hello all! I am happy to see there is an active site for sharing information (particularly the back yard mechanic type) as I am a new owner of a '98 Jetta. I bought this car for my 18 year old daughter, replacing her '92 Accord. The car has a little over 100K miles, Looks and drives great. We have a couple of "holes" to fill to make the vehicle complete, and I hope this board will provide me with good insights.
