Default Intro - Dan (2007 Jetta)

Happy new year to all. I'm Dan from Colorado. I've been driving a 2007 Jetta and have had minimal issue in all those years ... and miles (185K). I live on 6 miles of rough dirt roads so I'm pretty tough on my cars. I've only had to replace the serpentine belt a few times since I get small rocks/dirt tossed up on the pulleys and that has been tough on them. The only other repairs were due to a 65 mph impact with a coyote. I love this car and want to keep it going for a while longer. Just finally had some sort of issue where I got a handful of engine codes for crankshaft positioning and cylinder misfires. That's a different thread. With any luck, I can contribute my repair experience to this forum.

Well ... what the heck I'd updated my signature. Let's see if it works with this reply
