Default Hi, it's me.

Hello everyone. I'm a newbie here and this is who I am. I'm fixing my second Transporter and joined this forum in search of advice in the questions that I can't find info via web search. My first Transporter was a -91 T4 and this second one is a 2000 T4. I bought the first one years ago when I needed a van and sold it cheap in a much better condition once I had no use for it anymore. Now I need a van again so I bought one. It had some electrical problems and I'm looking at having to weld some patches sooner or later. I don't know much about cars but I want to learn and that's why I try to fix as much as possible myself.

Onto the problem...

The car I’m fixing is a Volkswagen Transporter T4 2000 2.5tdi and I'm in need of some advice. It had some electrical problems when I bought it and I’ve managed to fix those, but the glow plug warning light still blinks and I get the ‘Service’ text when I start the car.

Earlier I was advised to get a scan done with VAG-COM, and I did - here is what what the report says:

Welcome to the forum.

Its nice to see you made an intro on your own.

You made the same post on another forum I Mod. Its easier to post the link than to post it all again as this forum doesn't show the same layout.
