Why is it the Volkswagen Jetta Radio comes on and the key is not in the ignition. I've checked several and they all do that. Is this a concern. Thanks

The radio on will only work with the key in but not turned on. When I clean my Golf I have the radio on with MPŁ's playing. After 20 minutes the radio goes off. If you turn the ignition on a message on my RCD310 says battery low. The car starts up as normal.
