I am helping a friend who has a 1999 Cabrio GLS and is in need of a a left front window regulator or window lifter (looks like the mechanism that brings up the widow. The part number is 1E0-837-461.

My first question is which on line parts supply place (or dealer) do you recommend I contact? My second question is do you think I can find this part used and if so, where should I look?
