i hope this is posted in the correct section....

i have a 2004 Toran. one of the rear fog lights doesnt seem to be working. I have noticed that the same bulb is a side light aswell as a fog light. The bulb is a single filiment that glows at 5w for the side light and when the fogs are switched on it should glow brighter 1 but it dont. Now its not the bulb as i tried it in the other side and works fine. never seen a single filiment bulb that works as a two stage bulb. can any one suggest what it may be..
