We were experiencing the problems outlined in NHTSA technical bulletin 97-12-05.

Took it to the dealer... couldn't duplicate the problem. They don't seem to be aware of the bulletin despite our telling them where to find it.

Took it home hoping the problem went away. Asked the dealer for the part when it didn't go away, and they said they couldn't help.

Called several other dealers, searched online... nobody seems to know.

Any hints? Any clues?
