First I wanna say hi

My girlfriend drives a 98 New Beetle GLS with the electric goodies, and she happened to hit pretty nicely the passenger door[:-].

I have found another door, identical, but now I need to know how to transfer everything. I should be able to go through most of the process ( I have installed several car audio systems and know that kind of jobs pretty good ) but I have never worked on a VW before, and the window is the part that scares me most.

Anyone has done that before and would happen to have a guide or some clues?
