Hey all! I just got my VW serviced for it's 40,000 mile (cannot believe I have had it that long!) service and was wondering if anyone knew how they charge labor? They billed me for 5.5 hours when I know it took less than 3 (phone call from when I called to check on it and when I got the call that it was ready). Do they bill per hour per mechanic? I have tried looking online trying to see what most places do but have not been able to find an answer.
