I have a brand new Rabbit and need my first oil change, but to tell the truth, don't want to go to a bad dealer because my old car was completely ruined by getting bad oil changes at Jiffy Lube. Let me know of your experiences, which dealers should be in my black list and which ones are fine. I live in the Acton-Westford-Littleton-Chelmsford area...
