The only thing i can think about is the shoes are bad, but they dont look like it. what is the measurment for the shoe wear? any help is appreciated

If nothing is leaking, and the cylinder is holding up, and maintaining steady fluid, than the calipers are prolly leaking behind the piston, or somehow air is getting in the system. When you bled the brakes, was there alot of air? I would make sure the master cylinder has alot of fluid, then bleed them again. Feel to see if there's a lip on the edge of the rotor, if there is than you just need to rotors and/or brake pads. Stay in touch..
