k i have an 85 jetta that wont start it has power from the bat. but wont turn over

 

check all connections and wire condition the battery may have 12 volts but low amps try a full charge with a bat charger then boost it as well.could be ignition swich is the key tricky to turn or worn out.check fuses is there any klicking sound when you turn the key that would mean power is getting to the starter but not enough amps need new batery.
