I am looking for a stereo deck recommendation. I own a 2001 Golf GLS, which as far as I can tell does not have Monsoon. There is a space in the trunk to the left behind a panel that looks like it could be where the amplifier is supposed to be, and I don't recall the stereo displaying "Monsoon" when I started the car, although I can't say for sure because I fried the stereo a few months ago.

I just want something that is as cheap as possible without sounding any worse than the stock deck and has an auxiliary input. I would consider spending more if it meant that it looked nicer and/or had bluetooth.

Thanks for any advice. I know next to nothing about this stuff.
