Been driving a 95 Polo 1.0 for a week now, been running fine going up and down the motorway no problems what so ever.

As of today returned from work parked at uni and it's a lovely sunny day. I returned to car after few hours, and it wouldn't start. The lights come on like normal but but nothing at ignition not even a sound.

I have been looking around forums and I assume it could be due to being parked in the sun? Which I am not sure is right or not.

I am sure if anyone else has faced the same problem could be of any help.
