Hi all, I have bought myself a 1998 Polo. Its been running rough as anything. We did a full service and it sort of helped but then the bugger started playing up again, had the distributor cap off and cleaned it. there was some oil in there and after a 5 minute drive the problem returns! it sounds like its firing on 3 and there is oild in the distributor cap yet again. I'm led to believe its the seal but i have been hunting for one and i have come up empty handed, I also have no idea what the seal is called.

Its for a 1998 Polo 1.4 CL (44kw / 60bhp)
