HC emissions to high - help
I have a 1991 Polo (1043cc) Just failed MOT with emissions - HC to high @ 3140 ppm, needs to be 1200 ppm or less - how can I get this down - have serviced the car - even went to dealership - but they where a waste of time - any help would be great
