Well,

After a 2 year love affair, thousands upon thousands of dollars of my own and of my extended warranty spent and the cost of filling my car tipping the $100 scale. I finally parted ways with my Phaeton.

It was a torrid romance, full of unpredictable twists and turns and I won't soon forget it. I have moved on now to a far smaller and more contemporary vehicle that I laugh when I fill it up ($30 10 gallon tank of cheap gas). I purchased a 2011 Lexus CT200h, and I have zero regrets.

I encourage anyone who has the patience, love, and financial willpower to sign large checks consistantly to maintain the stealthiest and sexiest vehicle I have ever owned. However it was time for me to move on, as she approached her 60k package and like I said above $300+ a month in fuel costs.

I wish you all owners the best, and it was a blast. This is an amazing community of owners/operators. Thanks for the 2 years of incredible knowledge you shared!
