Is anyone having issues logging into the vwclaim site? I was able to register, enter all my information and then suddenly two weeks ago no longer was able to.

I contacted the site, they took my information and said their IT department would get back to me which I knew immedately I was screwed. I work for Federal government and when 1 has to call OI&T you might as well go on a very long vacation. I typically have to figure out a band-aid fix myself and am thinking same in this case, meaning I will have to submit everything again via registered mail and do the entire process that way which will add months I bet to the approval process
